We finally picked our October Project. (said with a big sigh of relief) There's no doubt that our hearts are going to be captured by this little lady. She's someone that you'll want to take home with you. There will be lots of work (again) so please sign up for PFO. Oh, and I smell the barbeque pit cranking up for this one!

Ok, the September workday was awesome! Ms Barbara was so pleased with our work and the way the Lord was taking care of her. She kept saying, "I can't believe it." It was the most visual spot we've done since we started. Pray that Jesus gets all the glory for it. Keep praying for Barbara and pray for the seeds that were planted to bring forth much fruit. The Lord loves the people of Vivian and He wants to show it. House by house, He will.

We finished Ms Joy's house today. It took us two workdays to finish, but it was worth it. The first work day, in July, was VERY hot. We even had to end a little early. But today, we finished and the house looks beautiful. Ms Joy is very happy. We had a record number of workers....22! Also, Duanne cooked BBQ chicken and the whole neighborhood turned out. Wow! That made it all worth while. We lit up the entire neighborhood. It was a great day. Probably one of the best we've had. Ms Joy's album will be up soon. Keep trying back to see the pics.

We've decided, with much debate...(about 5 min of it) to not do a work day in June. It is an incredibly busy month. So the next work day will be July 26th. You guys enjoy the time off!

The May project was a wonderful success. We took one of the worst houses in the worse neighborhoods in Vivian and made it something beautiful to look at. It's on Mary Ann St. If you're in Vivian, go look at it and see what Jesus did. We lit up the neighborhood like the Lord told us to do. The new pictures are uploaded and ready for you to view.
